At approximately 11:07 PM GMT+8, our network suffered an outage.
The reason was that our primary upstream provider encountered a router hardware issue, resulting in network disruption while our prefixes were still being advertised. Due to a configuration issue on our part, failover to our secondary upstream did not occur automatically.
By 11:15 PM GMT+8, the network had recovered partially. By 11:20 PM GMT+8, we fully transitioned to our secondary upstream.
