From 2:48PM until 2:54PM GMT+8, one of our upstream providers experienced network congestion. This caused routes that were going through that upstream provider's network to experience packet loss.

The upstream provider has communicated to us that immediate arrangements are in place to upgrade capacity on their side to permanently resolve their congestion issues.

On our end, we will be closely monitoring things to ensure that traffic will be routed accordingly if we detect any upstream-related congestion to prevent our customers from being impacted. We will also take this opportunity to assess our existing capacity and determine if further upgrades need to be made for when we need to fully swing traffic to one upstream in situations like this.
