At approximately 11:07 PM GMT+8, our network suffered an outage.

The reason was that our primary upstream provider encountered a router hardware issue, resulting in network disruption while our prefixes were still being advertised. Due to a configuration issue on our part, failover to our secondary upstream did not occur automatically.

By 11:15 PM GMT+8, the network had recovered partially. By 11:20 PM GMT+8, we fully transitioned to our secondary upstream.

Our team will be investigating the root cause of the secondary failover not occurring and will be implementing additional improvements to the way in which our network failovers occur.
